Saturday morning

Well, we're on to week two of the plan, and I managed to not bugger up the app timing on my phone this time. Decided not to use the MapMyRun one, and just use the gymboss timer for the intervals (along with Spotify, of course, for the tunes).

All good, all worked well, didn't feel too bad. Walking and running intervals seemed to be the wrong way around though - seemed to spend too many walks going downhill, and runs going uphill. Well, jogs, anyway.

Music by Muse - tricky one, need to get the right tracks to get he benefit. Something quite motivational about Matt Bellamy shrieking "I'm going to make you... a f*cking psycho!" as you pound the pavement!

1.3

So back to the couch-to-5k plan. Well, kind of, since the app crapped out on me again and I had to wing it. I'm not even sure the map-my-run plot below is accurate, to be honest. Still, I did my twenty minutes running, and it wasn't too bad.


















Sun was out, sky blue. Have to sort out my timing and application support for next time, when we move on to week two.
