Didn't go Mon, or Tues. Went tonight, but stuff the plan, just ran. About 2.6 miles, about 25 mins. Not quick, but not bad. Definitely not flat. Jus' keep runnin'.

Week three coming next, all good - no knee pain, fitness getting better.

Bloody cold out, but enjoyed the exercise. Am in no way in shape, so not even considering skipping week one. Did it though.
