So back from a two week holiday on Mallorca carrying a bit more weight than I did when we went. So, warmed up by hitting the punchbag for a few rounds, then back to running!
Well, okay, walking and running alternately. Couch to 5k. I'm sure I
could run straight off the bat, but conscious of my knees and decided to start from scratch. Could have gone better - the app I decided to use crapped out during the 5 min warm-up walk, so I kinda winged it on a 90s alternating basis.
All good, feeling good. Let's see if we can keep it up and shift some weight off!
No GPS or tracking on this one, I need to get back in to doing that too.
