Up and out again this morning, in the strong breeze. Fine when it was side on, or behind, but running into it was a bugger - particularly up the bloody big hill I decided to run up. See the profile on the image below!
Felt good though, didn't kill me, and enjoyed the run. Enjoyed the shower even more.
To be honest, if I wasn't at work this morning I'd have run further; I felt good and strong. To be fair, if I wasn't at work this morning I wouldn't have got up at the time I did, so wouldn't have had the clear weather, and might well not have gone out at all because it's lashing it down now!
But there you go!
Up early (0545!) and out for a run in the dawn light. Very nice.
Usual route, with Spring Lane, Foan HIll and Church Lane tacked on the end, pushing the mileage up to nearly four miles.
On we go.

Blimey, February was a bit light on running, wasn't it? Best get my arse in gear! Went out this morning in the grayling dawn light. Pleasant spookiness to the misty light, but nae warm and less pleasant for that.
Trog around the usual route. Game needs upping now!
